Refurbishment with a unique execution service. It was a kitchen extension into the terrace, which was converted into a utility and laundry room.

The partition wall that divided the two areas was removed and a new one built, gaining space for the kitchen. An access door and window were created between the rooms, and a cupboard was built on the outside for the washing machine and for storage.

The kitchen was given a new layout which involved changes to the plumbing and electrics and new flooring was laid down. The kitchen was supplied and designed by the property owners.
